Relaxed is the new fitted
This week concludes all my market appointments and finally we are getting glimpses of Spring weather so I can break out the silks for work.
Onto the outfit. I've realized in my 30's that I'm no longer a big fan of spandex or very fitted clothing. Long gone are the days of pulling down constantly to cover my bum. I need comfort first and foremost. I've also taken on a "smart" look. For me over-sized, and softly tailored normally wins for work. Relaxed is the new fitted.
Earlier this year I moved to Brooklyn, New York. Those that know me personally are very aware this has been a goal for some time. So I am going to be excited to show off destinations in my new location. Yes even the subway station!!! Those outside of New York City sometimes don't get to see the gritty beauty first-hand.
I opted to wear flats with this outfit because I loved the way the wide leg pants draped over them. And there is this great casual, yet chic vibe I get from it!
My Proenza Schouler PS11 never disappoints. It is the perfect size between a small and large bag. I will have to show off the inside in a later post.
