Peek-a-boo Workwear

Continuing my month long showcase of a few "market" outfits, I created this "peek-a-boo" look.  It is sexy but in a subtle way. The wide leg and over-sized blazer helped to pair it down.

I love the relaxed fit it creates. You can see this look on the runway of brands such as Tibi.  Gucci in the last year have taught many not to be afraid to mix & match prints.  I have been doing this for quite some time. However, for work I had to do a more reserved version.

The look below also lends to the fact that I find high waisted pants to be flattering for my curvy frame. Therefore I tend to gravitate to this for trousers and denim.

And now for the peek-a-boo! We get a glimpse of leg in the wind and a hint of the gold zipper on my top as I walk to the beat of my own drum. I rarely wear this Emilio Pucci top I got when I crashed a sale ( saving that story for another time). But I love how the print clashed, yet worked with the diamond blazer.
