Polka Dots

I'd been on the hunt all spring for the perfect polka dot dress. There were a number of great ones I missed in my size from Forever 21, Boo Hoo and Zara. However, while browsing through Amazon looking for budget conscious pieces I came across this white dress with black spots by Romwe.

I initially thought I would end up with a brown/white spotted combo, because I loved that nude appeal. 

However, this dress did not disappoint upon arrival. I wore it for the first time during my trip to D.C. last month. I paired it with leopard print sneakers and a combo of chunky wooden bracelets. I finished my look with a pair of my favorite sunglasses and a staple red lip by NARS.

This dress is not a maternity piece and I was able to take my normal size due to it being oversized by design. I was even able to hike it up and get on a bike with no problem!

As a alternative I could see myself wearing this dress with mules in hot pink, yellow, or green for a pop of color. Then finishing it off with a bamboo bag or candy colored clutch.
