From Desk to Dinner

Due to my schedule I am normally going directly from work to a trendy dinner, networking event and sporadic outings with friends or my husband. For this reason; I love to wear clothing during the week day that I feel stylish in and can take me from work to the evening, as my foundation. I then try to alter these looks by changing out my bag, shoes, or updating my makeup. The Maggy London Caralyn dress shown above has been perfect for this!

I paired with a double breasted blazer in a pastel purple color because I liked the contrast to the red. I then added black heels and a studded Miu Miu Dahlia bag. Alternatively for the bag, I could see this with a floral or embroidered tote.
