On the weekends I try to keep my outfits really simple and easy. Especially if I am going to spend the day walking around the city. When I am off to browse in stores I like to make sure I am hands free. Therefore I tend to wear a cross-body, messenger bag, or a backpack.

I have also for the last few months been drawn to wearing and purchasing items in a variety of blush or pale pink tones. There is something peaceful about wearing this color I am drawn to. I also love it because it wears well so many other colors. I have seen it recently on many runways and editorial layouts with a contrasting black or red. Personally if I am wearing blush in the day I prefer it in a monochromatic look or paired with light blue denim.

These Zara legging jeans are my staple. I currently own them in 4 colors now. At a price point of $19.95 they are great to stock up on. And as I have previously shared I love high waisted fits. It is also on trend with the simple knee slash.
